Designed and Built exclusively for ARTHUR CLESEN, this 20,000 Sq.Ft. Office/Warehouse was completed in October 2003. This was a challenging site which FLEX was able to maximize for our client.

GEREMARIE CORPORATION 1030 Commerce Drive Lake Zurich, IL 60047

This 20,000 Sq.Ft. Office/Warehouse is the new headquarters for GEREMARIE. They moved into their new facility in March 2003. GEREMARIE is part of the FLEX DEVELOPMENT – SUMKA Project which integrates four freestanding condo buildings onto one site. This site also includes a upgraded wetland area.

GEORGE WESTON BAKERIES 825 Telser Road Lake Zurich, IL 60047

This 15,000 Sq.Ft. Office/Warehouse was purchased from FLEX DEVELOPMENT in 2002 and GEORGE WESTON BAKERIES moved in February 2003. FLEX CONSTRUCTION modified the original building to include additional dock facilities and completed an interior build-out.
